Job Description
Magnitude Recruitment is seeking an experienced and motivated Second Stewardess to join a 75m+ motor yacht operating a dual-season programme.
The vessel is currently in a short maintenance period, providing an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to join the team, support interior preparation, and integrate into the programme ahead of the upcoming season.
This role is suited to a well-rounded interior professional with strong service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support the Chief Stewardess in maintaining high standards across all areas of the interior.
2/2 rotation, EUR salary
Key Requirements
- Previous experience as a Second Stewardess or strong Stewardess on 60m+ motor yachts
- Confident across service, housekeeping, and laundry
- Strong understanding of interior operations and high standards
- Experience within dual-season and/or charter programmes preferred
- Professional, discreet, and guest-focused approach
- Valid STCW certification and ENG1
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
Interior Responsibilities
- Support the Chief Stewardess in the day-to-day management of the interior
- Deliver high-level guest service across meals, events, and daily operations
- Maintain guest cabins and interior areas to exceptional standards
- Assist with laundry operations and garment care
- Support interior organisation, inventories, and provisioning
- Contribute to guest turnarounds and preparation for busy periods
