Job Description

Magnitude Recruitment is seeking a professional and adaptable Nurse / Housekeeping Stewardess to join a 75m+ private motor yacht operating a high-standard programme.

This is a dual-role position suited to a qualified Nurse who is equally comfortable supporting the Interior Department with housekeeping duties when required. The successful candidate will be confident managing onboard medical responsibilities, maintaining discretion and professionalism at all times, while also integrating seamlessly into a busy interior team environment.

The ideal candidate will be organised, calm under pressure, team-oriented, and willing to assist wherever needed to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the vessel.

2/1 rotation, EUR salary.

Key Requirements

• Qualified Nurse with relevant medical certification and experience
• Previous yachting or luxury hospitality experience preferred
• Willingness to assist the Housekeeping Department as operationally required
• Strong understanding of onboard discretion and guest confidentiality
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Positive, flexible, and team-focused attitude
• Valid STCW certification and ENG1 (or equivalent)
• Fluent English (spoken and written)

Nursing Responsibilities

• Manage onboard medical care and first response situations
• Maintain medical inventories, supplies, and treatment records
• Ensure medical spaces and equipment are maintained to a high standard
• Support crew welfare and wellbeing onboard
• Liaise with shoreside medical providers where required
• Assist with health and safety procedures and medical compliance

Interior & Housekeeping Responsibilities

• Support the Housekeeping Department with daily duties as required
• Maintain guest cabins and interior spaces to exceptional standards
• Assist with turn-downs, detailing, and general interior upkeep
• Support laundry and linen organisation when necessary
• Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and presentation across guest and crew areas
• Work collaboratively with the wider Interior Team during busy operational periods
