Job Description

Magnitude Recruitment is seeking an experienced and confident Chief Stewardess to join a 50m+ private motor yacht operating a liveaboard owner programme.

This is a senior leadership role suited to a highly organised and service-driven individual who can manage the interior to a high standard while working closely with owners in a private environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a structured, professional interior department while maintaining a calm, positive onboard atmosphere.

The vessel operates in the Mediterranean during the summer season and is based in Barcelona throughout the winter period.

Permanent position with Rotational and Non-Rotational options available

Key Requirements

  • Proven Chief Stewardess experience on 50m+ motor yachts
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent guest service standards with high levels of discretion
  • Confident across all areas of interior operations (service, housekeeping, laundry, administration)
  • Experience working within private owner programmes
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Valid STCW certification and ENG1 (or equivalent)

Interior Leadership & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the interior department, setting clear standards and structure
  • Deliver a refined and discreet guest experience aligned with owner expectations
  • Oversee service, housekeeping, laundry, and interior administration
  • Manage interior inventories, provisioning, and budgeting
  • Train, mentor, and develop interior crew
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and strong team dynamics
  • Maintain a professional and well-presented onboard environment at all times
