Job Description
Magnitude Recruitment is seeking a positive and enthusiastic Stewardess to join a well-established and welcoming crew onboard a 70m+ motor yacht currently based in Dubai, with plans to return to the Mediterranean.
This role is ideal for a candidate with at least one season of experience who genuinely enjoys the role — from guest interaction to the finer details of interior standards and thrives within a supportive and team-focused environment.
4/1 rotation, EUR salary
Key Requirements
- Minimum one season of experience in a similar stewardess role
- Strong foundation across housekeeping, laundry, and guest service
- Positive, can-do attitude with a natural team-first mind set
- High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
- Ability to contribute positively to crew dynamics and onboard culture
- Valid STCW certification and ENG1 (or equivalent)
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
Interior Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards across guest cabins and interior spaces
- Assist with service, including food and beverage delivery
- Support laundry operations and garment care
- Participate in guest turnarounds and daily interior routines
- Work collaboratively with the interior team to ensure smooth operations
