Magnitude Recruitment is seeking an experienced and confident Service Stewardess to join a 75m+ motor yacht operating a dual-season programme.
This is a service-focused role suited to a polished interior professional who excels in guest interaction, discretion, and delivering exceptional service standards. The successful candidate will lead by example within the service team, ensuring a seamless and refined guest experience onboard.
2/1 rotation, EUR salary
Key Requirements
- Previous experience on large motor yachts (80m+)
- Strong service background with the ability to deliver exceptional guest service
- High level of discretion and professionalism in guest-facing environments
- Confident in all aspects of food and beverage service
- Strong attention to detail and presentation standards
- Valid Schengen visa and B1/B2 visa required
- Valid STCW certification and ENG1
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
Service Responsibilities
- Deliver high-level service for Owner and guests to a five-star standard
- Lead service during meals, events, and daily operations
- Maintain impeccable table presentation, silver service, and wine service
- Support bar service and guest interaction throughout the day
- Ensure service areas are maintained to the highest standards
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver a seamless onboard experience
