Magnitude Recruitment is seeking a polished and professional Stewardess/Massage & Beauty Therapist to join a 55m+ private motor yacht operating a live aboard owner programme.

This is a guest-facing role ideally suited to a confident interior professional with experience in massage treatments, manicures, and pedicures, who is comfortable working closely with owners and delivering an exceptional onboard wellness and guest experience within a private environment. The successful candidate will be well-presented, attentive, and able to anticipate guest needs while maintaining a calm, discreet, and service-driven presence onboard.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience as a Stewardess onboard motor yachts or within luxury hospitality
• Professional experience in massage treatments, manicures, and pedicures
• Confident delivering guest wellness and beauty treatments in a private setting
• Strong guest interaction skills with a polished and professional manner
• Solid foundation across service, housekeeping, and interior presentation
• Experience working within private owner programmes preferred
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Valid STCW certification and ENG1 (or equivalent)
• Relevant beauty or massage qualifications preferred

Interior & Wellness Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level guest service in line with private yacht standards
• Provide onboard massage treatments, manicures, and pedicures to owners and guests
• Confidently interact with owners and guests while maintaining discretion at all times
• Maintain guest cabins and interior spaces to a consistently high standard
• Assist with meal service, beverages, and table presentation
• Support daily housekeeping routines and guest turnarounds
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and organisation across all interior areas
• Prepare treatment areas and maintain spa/beauty equipment and product hygiene standards
