Job Description

Magnitude Recruitment are seeking a watersports-focused Deckhand to join a 75m+ private motor yacht, currently cruising the Mediterranean before departing for the Caribbean ASAP

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, enthusiastic deckhand with approximately one season to a year of experience who is confident in the water and passionate about watersports. A strong practical skill set, positive attitude and willingness to get involved are key.

Start Date: ASAP

3/1 rotation, EUR salary

Key Requirements:

• Around one season to one year of yachting experience.
• Confident surfer with experience driving and operating a wake-surf boat.
• Competent wakeboarder, with wakesurfing experience highly advantageous.
• Valid B1/B2 visa, essential for the upcoming Caribbean season.
• Strong work ethic, initiative and the ability to work independently.
• A proactive, adaptable team player who is happy to get stuck into all deck duties.

The Yacht Offers:
