Job Description

Magnitude Recruitment is seeking an experienced Temporary Deckhand to join a busy private motor yacht for approximately 1 month, starting end of November/December

The successful candidate must be confident supporting a busy deck department during guest operations and able to integrate quickly into an established crew.

Key Requirements

• Previous deckhand experience onboard motor yachts.

• Strong deck maintenance and seamanship skills.

• Experience assisting with tender operations and watersports.

• Confident working during guest trips.

• Valid STCW, ENG1 and relevant deck qualifications.

• Flexible, hardworking and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily deck operations and maintenance.

• Support guest activities, watersports and tender operations.

• Carry out washdowns and maintain the yacht's exterior.

• Assist the deck team throughout the guest trip.

• Maintain high standards of safety and guest service.
