Job Description

Magnitude Recruitment are seeking an experienced and hands-on Deckhand to join a 75m+ new-build private motor yacht, currently based in Europe and due for delivery in the coming weeks.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy, high-standard programme with a strong crew dynamic and an experienced leadership team. The yacht will operate on a dual Mediterranean and Caribbean itinerary and is expected to see significant owner usage throughout the year, offering a dynamic and engaging working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience on yachts of 65m or larger.

• Candidates must hold a valid B1/B2 visa.

• Strong tender driving skills and confidence operating tenders safely.

• Experience with beach set-ups and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Strong deck maintenance skills and a proactive approach to day-to-day operations.

• A proven track record of longevity in previous roles.

• Professional presentation, a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail.

• A flexible team player, willing to assist across all deck operations as required.

The ideal candidate will be motivated, adaptable and committed to maintaining excellent standards within a busy private yacht programme. Previous experience on a similar-sized vessel, combined with strong tender driving abilities, a passion for waterside guest experiences and a stable employment history, will be highly advantageous.
