Job Description
Magnitude Recruitment is seeking a versatile and guest-focused Deck / Stewardess to join a Wajer 77 chase boat supporting a 55m+ private motor yacht operating a live aboard owner programme.
This is a dual-role position requiring a hands-on and adaptable individual who is confident across both deck operations and interior service. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting guest activities, transfers, and day-to-day operations while maintaining a high level of presentation and professionalism.
The role involves close interaction with owners and guests, requiring strong communication skills, discretion, and a service-driven mindset.

Key Requirements
- Previous experience in a dual-role Deck / Stewardess or similar position
- Strong guest interaction skills with a confident and professional manner
- Experience in both deck operations and interior service
- Confident tender driving and handling (experience on similar chase boats advantageous)
- Valid STCW certification and ENG1 (or equivalent)
- Powerboat Level 2 (preferred)
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
Deck & Interior Responsibilities
- Operate and assist with the safe running of the Wajer 77 chase boat
- Support guest transfers between chase boat and mothership
- Deliver high-level guest service during day trips and onboard activities
- Maintain deck cleanliness, presentation, and equipment
- Support light interior duties including service and guest preparation
- Ensure the vessel is always guest-ready and maintained to high standards
