Job Description

Magnitude Recruitment is seeking a motivated and professional Deckhand to join a 75m+ motor yacht operating within a structured and high-standard programme.

This role is suited to a candidate with a minimum of one year’s onboard experience who is eager to develop their seamanship, maintenance, and operational skills within a large yacht environment. Candidates currently based in the Middle East are strongly preferred.

4/1 rotation, EUR salary

Key Requirements

• Minimum 1 year onboard experience on yachts, ideally 60m+

• Yacht Master preferred

• Strong understanding of basic deck operations and maintenance routines

• Confident with mooring, anchoring, and line handling

• Tender driving experience preferred

• Valid STCW certification and ENG1 (or equivalent)

• Powerboat Level 2 (preferred)

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• Middle East-based candidates preferred

Deck Responsibilities

• Assist with daily deck maintenance, washdowns, and detailing

• Support mooring, anchoring, and watchkeeping duties

• Operate tenders and assist with guest activities where required

• Maintain deck equipment and storage areas to high standards

• Follow safety procedures and support the senior deck team
