Job Description

Magnitude Recruitment is seeking a positive and enthusiastic Stewardess to join a well-established and welcoming crew onboard a 70m+ motor yacht.

This role is ideal for a candidate with at least one season of experience who genuinely enjoys the role — from guest interaction to the finer details of interior standards and thrives within a supportive and team-focused environment.

3/1  rotation, EUR salary

Key Requirements

• Minimum one season of experience in a similar stewardess role
• Strong foundation across housekeeping, laundry, and guest service
• Positive, can-do attitude with a natural team-first mind set
• High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
• Ability to contribute positively to crew dynamics and onboard culture
• Valid STCW certification and ENG1 (or equivalent)
• Fluent English (spoken and written)

Interior Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards across guest cabins and interior spaces
• Assist with service, including food and beverage delivery
• Support laundry operations and garment care
• Participate in guest turnarounds and daily interior routines
• Work collaboratively with the interior team to ensure smooth operations
