Job Description

Magnitude Recruitment is seeking an exceptional Chief Stewardess to lead the interior department onboard a prestigious 60m+ motor yacht. This is a senior leadership role requiring a confident, highly organised professional with a strong presence, excellent guest awareness, and the ability to manage a large interior team to the highest standards.

The successful candidate will be a very strong leader who leads by example, sets clear expectations, and creates a positive yet structured working environment. She will be confident interacting with Owners and guests, possess an outstanding eye for detail, and be capable of running the interior operation smoothly while maintaining excellent communication with the Captain, Chef, and senior crew.

2/2 rotation, EUR salary

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as Chief Stewardess on large yachts (60m+) or within ultra-luxury hospitality environments

  • Very strong leadership and team-building skills

  • Confident and professional in Owner-facing environments

  • Exceptional attention to detail and presentation standards

  • Strong administrative, organisational, and reporting skills

  • Valid STCW certification and ENG1 (or equivalent)

  • Fluent English (spoken and written)

Interior Leadership & Guest Experience

  • Lead, train, and motivate the interior team, setting consistently high standards

  • Lead by example, maintaining a hands-on presence within the operation

  • Create a positive, professional, and structured working environment

  • Maintain excellent guest awareness and anticipate Owner and guest needs

  • Ensure seamless delivery of service throughout all guest experiences

Operational & Department Management

  • Oversee all interior operations, including service, housekeeping, laundry, and spa coordination

  • Plan daily schedules, rotas, and workflows for the interior team

  • Conduct regular inspections of guest, Owner, and crew interior areas

  • Manage interior inventories, budgets, and stock control

  • Coordinate closely with the Chef to align service, timing, and guest preferences

  • Communicate clearly and consistently with the Captain regarding interior operations and guest feedback

Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate interior reporting, checklists, and documentation

  • Manage preference sheets, guest profiles, and service records

  • Ensure compliance with vessel procedures and operational standards

  • Provide clear reporting to senior management and Captain
